MELT instructor Jen Williams has pursued a lifetime of dance training – from ballet to modern dance to rhythm tap dancing. She has been a NY state licensed massage therapist since 1998 and has a private practice on the upper west side of Manhattan. She has recently completed the Advanced Personal Training Certification program from the Swedish Institute of Allied Health Sciences and she is very excited to add MELT Instructor to her list of credentials. Jen loves giving MELT to her clients as a way to empower them to care for themselves. She also feels that MELT is the perfect tool to bridge all of her passions - - movement, bodywork, fitness and health.
