Join James Perdue for a special resistance bands class
This class will focus on keeping the chest open,
stabilizing the scapula,
and working the triceps, rhomboids, lats and deltoids.
These are the muscles that we overuse consistently
in driving, desk work, and life.
This class will help counteract this overuse.
Bands are available to anyone because
the resistance is easily adjustable.
