Delicious autumn! My very soul is wedded to it, and if I were a bird I would fly about the earth seeking the successive autumns.

Okay, so I am jumping the gun a bit here, as it is only Labor Day. And fall does not officially start until September 22nd, but I can already feel the change in the morning air. I love fall!!
Some exciting news..... For the past two months I have had the honor and pleasure of meeting with a small group of students for weekly meditation and book discussion. I have decided to open our next session up to all of my students. We will meet starting October 1st at 5:00 p.m. and the book we will be discussing is "The Untethered Soul" by Michael A. Singer. These meetings are very informal and begin with a short meditation. No previous meditation experience is necessary....we are all still learning! There is no charge for these meetings but I do ask for a small donation. What ever you can give, is greatly appreciated.
September 15th: 10:00-11:00 a.m. Community Yoga-- Donation Only class. After yoga we can enjoy Art on the Square!
September 21st: 6:00-7:15 p.m. Candle Light/Restorative (let's usher fall in together) yoga. $15.00
Weekly Restorative Yoga: I have one spot open for my Wednesday 9:15 -10:30 a.m. restorative yoga class. The class is $15.00. Please call me if you are interested in any or all of the classes in September.
As Always thank you for your continued support. Happy Labor Day! Namaste, Emilie
