My suggestion is to practice meditation or yoga daily. I don't care where you practice. At home, in the woods, in your car, at a studio, in line at Publix, ...you can practice yoga anywhere. I also, don't think it matters if you practice for 90 minutes straight or if your yoga practice for today is 15 real, actual, deep, mindful breaths. Mindfulness meditation can be practiced anywhere any time. By simply slowing down and choosing to be fully present doing whatever it is that you are doing.
So my challenge to you is this: When you feel like if one more thing is placed on your plate or your calendar you just might actually explode. Stop. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Perhaps that one breath will lead to another and another. That is yoga.
Think of this end of year madness as your practice. When you have been in Warrior 2 just a few breaths longer than you really wanted to be....you persevered, you deepened your breathing, you hung in there. And you were stronger for it.
Namaste, and hang in there, my friend.
