I completed a Yoga Therapy session with Emilie this week. I can say two days later I am still benefiting from the work we did together. She is fearless, kind, compassionate, caring and brilliant at communicating! I was able to focus on my goals and work with my body, not against it. I entered the therapy space in discomfort and left free from pain and am still free of pain this morning. I am NOT a Yogi, just a body worker (massage therapist) who has some chronic issues who desires to feel better in my body. I was absolutely AMAZED at the results I gained from one session. Emilie has shown me that I can approach my disc problems form a place of strength rather than passivity. Her neck care classes focused on strengthening and relaxing the neck and shoulder muscles.
